Our Story
CxORE's origins are rooted in the experiences of our Founder and CEO, Robert (Bob) Gregoire. In the early 2000s, Bob achieved success by selling the national facilities management outsourcing business he had founded to an international corporation. Following this pivotal moment, he embarked on a dedicated journey in leadership and consulting for small and midsize organizations. Today, he is widely recognized as a go-to expert for leadership guidance, strategic direction, and technical business expertise.
In 2014, Bob established CxORE with a mission to provide fractional and interim leadership services to organizations in need of seasoned, action-oriented leadership. Understanding the challenges faced by many small and mid-sized organizations, he recognized the necessity for comprehensive support in terms of resources, tools, capacity, and guidance to facilitate growth and unlock their full potential.
Under Bob's visionary leadership, CxORE underwent a transformation in 2018. The company expanded its offerings to include comprehensive Support Services for clients in both the private and social sectors. This evolution entailed a unique integration of Leadership, Management, Staff, Process, and Technology. CxORE now delivers turn-key solutions tailored for Early-Stage and Mature organizations in a variety of sectors. The effectiveness of CxORE's solutions lies in the firm's profound expertise in leadership coupled with interconnected business and operational functions.
